Cancellation Policy

Carolina Coast Vacations Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made 60 days or more prior to check-in date, we provide a full refund of payments received, less a minimum processing fee.

For cancellations made 31-59 days prior to check-in date, we provide a 50% refund of initial payments received, less a minimum processing fee.

For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in date, no refunds are provided.

The processing fee is non-refundable with all cancellations.

There are NO refunds for inclement weather except in the event of State or Local Government mandated evacuations. Rent may be prorated for this period at the discretion of the Carolina Coast Vacations and Property Management.
