Vacation Rental General Information

Rental Guidelines

Check-In is at 4:00pm. If you plan to arrive earlier than 4:00pm, please give us a call so arrangements can be made.


Check-Out is at 10:00am on your day of departure to allow our cleaning staff adequate time to clean the property for our next guests.

deposits

In order to book and hold your reservation, we must receive the deposit. 50% of the total rental, including fees, is due at the time of booking. The final payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. In the event your reservation is booked 30 or less days prior to your arrival, payment in full in expected. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

age requirEMENTS

The minimum age requirement to reserve any of the properties is 25 years of age.

smoking policy

Smoking or vaping of any kind is NOT permitted in any of our properties.

pet policy

Pets are NOT permitted in many of our properties. Please check the property description for pet policy.

MOTOR HOMES, MOTORCYCLES, ETC

Motor homes, campers, and motorcycles are not permitted in gated communities, so please select your properties with these restrictions in mind.

Lost & found

Carolina Coast Vacations and Property Management is not responsible for any items left in a vacation rental property, but, we will make every effort to try to recover them. If located, we will ship the items to you for a minimum fee of $35.00.




Parking

Parking is limited to the number of parking passes permitted per property. Guests MUST use the assigned space or parking passes at all times while staying on property. Parking in any other numbered space or failure to have a parking pass in the vehicle on the property will result in the vehicle being towed at Guests' expense. 

    PRIVACY POLICY

ALL guest information is kept in-house and is strictly confidential. The personal information collected from you required to process a reservation, including name, address, phone number, email address and credit card information, is used exclusively for rental contract processing and billing purposes. This information is not shared with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete your booking.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Guest is responsible for damage, lost inventory or additional cleaning fees that may be required and authorizes Carolina Coast Vacations and Property Management to bill their credit card on file. 

For cancellations made 60 days or more prior to check-in date, we provide a full refund of payments received, less a minimum processing fee. For cancellations made 31-59 days prior to check-in date, we provide a 50% refund of initial payments received, less a minimum processing fee. For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to check in date, no refunds are provided.
The processing fee is non-refundable with all cancellations.

Guests shall not disturb other residents and agree to follow all community rules. Violations may result in termination of your reservation without refund.

Carolina Coast Vacations and Property Management is not responsible for personal articles that are lost, stolen or forgotten.

Smoking or vaping of any kind is NOT PERMITTED inside our properties.

USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters understand and accept that the property may be protected with OUTSIDE security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras inside the house.

CHILD PROOFING: The guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this property, and accepts the risk of harm to any children we allow on the property. These risks are not limited to but include access to the ocean, pool, adjacent street, electrical outlets, cleaning supplies in the house, and plants in the house, patio, and on the street, that might be poisonous if ingested.

Guest agrees to hold the Property Owner and Carolina Coast Vacations and Property Management harmless for accidents or injuries that may occur during occupancy.

Carolina Coast Vacations and Property Management, its agents and licensed contractors, may enter the properties for the purpose of making necessary repairs or in the event of an emergency.

There are NO refunds for inclement weather except in the event of State or Local Government mandated evacuations. Rent may be prorated for this period at the discretion of the Carolina Coast Vacations and Property Management.
