Our spacious 2 Bedroom dog-friendly villa has all the comforts of home you will need to enjoy your retreat on Hilton Head Island. Centrally located in Hilton Head Cabanas on South Forest Beach Drive near Coligny shops, restaurants, and park, this community boasts a courtyard and community pool to relax after a day at the beach.

The living room features 2 comfortable recliners and a queen sleeper sofa. Free WiFi throughout the home is included for our guests. There are SMART TV's in each room including Hargray cable boxes. The dining area features seating for 6 with additional seating at the kitchen counter. There is a half bath on the main floor tucked under the stairs.

The kitchen has been stocked with all the cookware & dishware guests will need to enjoy this home away from home. The large countertop is perfect for prepping meals or enjoying conversation with family & friends with the counter-height seating.

The stackable washer & dryer are tucked away in the kitchen. The guest bedroom features a queen-size bed with 2 closets and 2 dressers for storage. The bathroom is assessable from the hallway and features a single vanity and full-size tub/shower. The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed 2 closets and 2 dressers with a mirror for extra storage. There are additional blankets stored in the bedroom closets for the sofa sleeper as well as a pack 'n play for little ones.

The back patio off of the living room features outdoor seating for dining and relaxing with a cup of coffee or an evening libation. Enjoy the view overlooking the community grounds and pool.

Our villa is the perfect escape for your Hilton Head Island Retreat. Hilton Head Cabanas is made up of only 76 villas with a community pool, kiddie pool & sundeck featuring ample lounge chairs (POOL OPEN April 1st- October 31st from 8am-10pm). Located on South Forest Beach, guests will have a direct pedestrian walking path to stroll or bike to the beach or to nearby shops, restaurants, and the park!

Walk out your front door and you are just steps to the Direct Beach Access Boardwalk!
If you are an early-riser you will not want to miss our beautiful sunrises on the beach - grab a coffee and make the quick walk to the beach....you won't be disappointed! You're going to love our place and we can't wait to share it with you!

Beach Essentials: A beach wagon and 4 beach chairs will be stored in the front service yard for our guests to use. We will provide 4 beach towels at check in.

If walking or biking isn't for you, our Breeze Trolley is a FREE TROLLEY line that runs around the Coligny area & communities and across part of the island with trolley stops near our villa and online maps (Trolley runs seasonally--visit Breeze Trolley online to see trolley schedules).

Our villa is the perfect distance to the family-fun playground and interactive children's museum at Low Country Celebrations Park, Coligny Plaza, Piggly Wiggly Grocery, and Coligny Beach. Walk over to Forest Beach Surf & Cycle for great bike and surf equipment rentals. You'll have easy storage on the community bike racks for bikes for the whole family.

No Smoking. No commercial vehicles, motorcycles, or campers permitted. No trailers, kayaks, or canoes are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured in the service yards or bike racks.
Parking hang tags are required by all vehicles on property. 2 hang tags are included per stay. There is 1 numbered parking spot for 2 Hilton Head Cabanas. The unmarked parking spots are a first-come first-serve basis.
