Located on a private lot in the exclusive Sea Pines Resort, this spacious home sleeps 12 and features an open floor plan and a wall of windows for maximum views throughout the house. The spacious pool deck, complete with a gas BBQ grill, outdoor furniture, extensive decking, and privacy fencing surrounds the large private pool area. It is also a tranquil place to read or enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

The great room room, spacious family room off of the kitchen, 3 of the bedrooms, and the bonus room have flat-screen TVs. Free WiFi throughout the residence and cable channels are included. The master suite has a king bed, spacious ensuite bathroom and is located on the main level.  Three additional bedrooms feature a second Master with King sized bed and private full bath, a queen suite with a private full bath, and two bunk beds with a private bath. The spacious bonus room area for relaxing is located just steps away from the bedrooms.

The large eat-in kitchen has everything you need and is easily accessible from the great room and family room! Fully equipped with all of your cooking and entertaining needs in mind. If cooking is not a part of your vacation plans, there are 200+ restaurants on the island to serve you!

The beach is a short walk away for those who can't wait to swim, sunbathe, collect seashells, or build sandcastles on the miles of pristine beaches and sand dunes for which South Carolina is famous. Within Sea Pines, you will also find four championship golf courses, including Harbour Town Golf Links, The Atlantic Course by Davis Love III, Heron Point Golf Course, and the Sea Pines Country Club Course. Golf, tennis, biking and so much more can all be a part of your stay here in Sea Pines! Please Note: We provide starter amenities upon check-in. This includes one set of bath towels for each guest, travel-size bathroom toiletries & two(2) toilet paper rolls for the bathroom. Beds will be made for you with one(1) set of clean bed linens for each bed. In the kitchen, you will find starter packs of laundry & dish detergent, dish soap, one(1) paper towel roll, coffee filters and trash bags, and a dishtowel. The kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, cooking utensils, appliances, and dinnerware. These items are only a starter pack and will not be refilled during your reservation.
