Living Room: Sunken design and vaulted ceiling with plenty of seating including brand new (Feb 2025) furniture including Queen-sized sofa sleeper, additional full-size sofa, swivel accent chair, new ceiling fan and lighting, and flat-screen TV that is Netflix capable.

Kitchen & Dining: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and dishware. Dining table seats six, with additional seating at the bar.
Private Balcony: Outdoor seating for six, perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails, overlooking the beautifully landscaped grounds.

Additional Amenities: Small workspace desk in primary suite, full-sized washer and dryer in laundry room on first floor by entryway, beach towels, wagon, and chairs included and storage in outside storage closet by front entry.

Pool & Sundeck: Located steps from the villa, open April 1–October 31 from sunrise to sunset. The sundeck overlooking the lagoon is open year-round.
Beach Access: Walk or ride a bike to the Palmetto Dunes Beach Access Boardwalk. Enjoy the Dunes Buggy service (seasonal free transportation) for easy trips to the beach, restaurants, and more.
